Within the warranty period, GLOBE TV will rectify any defects to ZAAPTV, MAAXTV, ARAABTV, DEESITV products at GLOBETV discretion, by either providing a repair services or delivering a replacement product to you. Delivery of a follow-up model is deemed to be a replacement for these purposes as well.

By forwarding your ZAAPTV, MAAXTV, ARAABTV, DEESITV device to our service department, you accept and are agreeable to pay $65.00 which includes service and freight charges, this is only in the circumstance when no fault can be found within your ZAAPTV device by our technicians. If a fault is found with your device, it will be rectified (either repaired or replaced at the discretion of the GLOBETV technician, the device will then be freighted to you at no charge if within the warranty period. Any products outside of the warranty period will incur an automatic $50.00 service fee if you wish the unit to be inspected by our technician to determine the fault. All parts required will be at an extra charge, return freight will be charge at $15 back to the customer. ( Note Customer will be advised of repair price including parts prior to any work being done )

1. Warranty period
GLOBETV stands by the quality of our products and will ensure our products are manufactured to the strictest quality standards. The warranty period is only limited to ZAAPTV, MAAXTV, ARAABTV, DEESITV receivers for a period of 12 months from the day of purchase, the warranty does not include any type of accessories.

2. Product registration
In relation to ZAAPTV, MAAXTV, ARAABTV, DEESITV services, you must agree to the terms and conditions when you register your ZAAPTV, MAAXTV, ARAABTV, DEESITV product online. Products can be registered online through the actual device, there is no need for the use of computers or any other device to register your product. ZAAPTV, MAAXTV, ARAABTV, DEESITV will send you a registration email to confirm a successful registration, you must present the registration details and a dated original purchase receipt when claiming through warranty.

3. GLOBETV reserves the right to void the warranty
The warranty does not extend to defects that are caused by non-compliance with operating instructions, improper use, inappropriate operating conditions, overload or modifications of the product. 

 In particular, the warranty will be null and void if

- the product has been modified and/or wilfully damaged in any way; or
- the serial number or MAC number has been altered, defaced or removed; or
- the warranty seal has been damaged or removed

4. Claims
Claims on the warranty during the primary period must be processed through the seller of the product, who will in turn forward the defective product to GLOBETV for warranty services.
– Name of ZAAPTV product
– Serial & Mac number of product
- customer’s name
– date of registration
– photocopied purchase receipt and registration certificate received on registration
– description of the defect

5. Exclusion of other claims

The warranty will not give rise to any claims other than the right to have defects in the product remedied by repair or replacement. Under no circumstances will GLOBETV be responsible for any damages whatsoever arising out of or resulting from the use of or inability to use the products. Any liability of GLOBETV which is not excluded will be limited to the purchase price of the ZAAPTV, MAAXTV, ARAABTV, DEESITV product paid by you.

6. No extension or renewal of warranty period

Warranty period commences on the date of purchase of the product. The product warranty period will not be extended or renewed by reason of the provision of any services under the warranty.

7. Broken Reset
Warranty period does not cover broken resets ,there will be an automatic charge of $65.00 for any broken resets.

8. Buffering
Warranty period does not cover buffering of any type, as buffering is related to the internet there will be a $65.00 automatic return fee for any device sent to us claiming buffering.
